"Operative Information Center-OMM" reports that Khadija Mustafayeva, born in 2007, died in the explosion.
The blast occurred in the yard of the home where Khadija Mustafayeva lived.
A criminal case has been launched into the incident.
Khirdalan is the administrative center of Azerbaijan’s Absheron district and is located near Baku. Authorities have not disclosed further details about the circumstances surrounding the explosion.
