The Turkish Super Lig leaders changed after the seventh round. Galatasaray beat Kasimpasa 3-1 at home to reach 16 points and move to the top of the table.
Besiktas, who also won this week, climbed to second place with 15 points. Amed Sportif Faaliyetler, who had led before the round, drew and dropped to third with 14 points. Fenerbahce are fourth with 13 points, followed by Trabzonspor in fifth.

Home teams won two of the nine matches, while visiting sides prevailed in four. Three other games ended in draws. A total of 24 goals were scored, and eight teams failed to find the net.
