Four national teams have officially secured their qualification for the 2027 FIFA U-20 World Cup, which is set to be co-hosted by Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.

According to the "Operative Information Center-OMM", these spots were determined based on the outcomes of the UEFA European Under-19 Championship held in Wales.

The tournament's semifinalists—Spain, Croatia, Ukraine, and Germany—have successfully clinched their places in the upcoming global youth tournament. In the semifinal matches, Spain defeated Croatia with a score of 3:0, while Germany secured a 2:1 victory over Ukraine. The final match of the European Championship is scheduled for July 11.

The 2027 FIFA U-20 World Cup represents a significant sporting milestone for the region. Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan were selected as co-hosts for this prestigious event, which serves as a platform for emerging football talent from across the globe.
