Operative Information Center-OMM reports that Nakhchivan Prime Minister Jabbar Musayev signed the relevant order.
Musayev introduced Mammadov to the staff.
Before his appointment, Mammadov served as deputy head of the Office of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
