Eight Palestinians were injured late Monday in attacks by Israeli settlers and Israeli forces across the occupied West Bank, according to Palestinian sources.

Three people were hurt when settlers attacked the Bedouin community of Maazi Jaba, northeast of Jerusalem, the Jerusalem Governorate said. The attackers assaulted residents, including women and children, and damaged vehicles. Several homes and livestock sheds were set on fire, it added.

In Immatin village in the Qalqilya area, four Palestinians suffered bruises after settlers attacked them with sticks and stones, the official Palestinian news agency Wafa reported.

A 50-year-old Palestinian was also injured when Israeli soldiers beat him in Usarin village, south of Nablus, the Palestine Red Crescent Society said. Israeli forces later raided the village and fired stun grenades and tear gas.

In Jenin, settlers stole olives from Palestinian farmland near Ajja and damaged tree branches, Wafa reported.

The Palestinian Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission said settlers had carried out more than 14,742 attacks across the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, since October 2023, killing 66 Palestinians.
