Moldovan low-cost airline FLYONE has officially launched direct, regular flights between Chisinau and Baku.

This information was confirmed to the Operative Information Center-OMM by the Heydar Aliyev International Airport.

According to the official statement, the inaugural flight on the new route was welcomed at the Baku airport on July 16.

The flights on the Chisinau – Baku – Chisinau route will operate three times a week, specifically on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. This new connection expands direct air links between Azerbaijan and Moldova, providing passengers with more convenient and accessible travel options.

The commencement of FLYONE operations to Baku marks another significant step in expanding the airline portfolio and international route network of Heydar Aliyev International Airport. These new flights are expected to strengthen direct air connectivity between the two capitals and enhance mobility between the nations. Detailed information regarding flight schedules, ticket bookings, and additional services is available through the official sales channels of FLYONE.

Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the primary gateway to Azerbaijan, continues to actively diversify its route network, facilitating increased tourism and business exchanges between Azerbaijan and its international partners.
