Today marks three years since Azerbaijan conducted local counterterrorism measures in Garabagh.
"Operative Information Center-OMM" is presenting unique footage filmed during those days.
The footage was recorded in Aghdara district, at the entrance to Khankendi, which was under occupation at the time.
The footage shows Azerbaijan Army commanders, Colonel Oruc Abdullayev and Colonel Saqi Babayev, discussing the plan for the operation to liberate Khankendi and determining directions on a map.
The footage captures one of the key moments of the operation that led to the liberation of Khankendi.
Azerbaijan conducted local counterterrorism measures in Garabagh in September 2023. The operation resulted in the restoration of Azerbaijan’s sovereignty over Khankendi and other areas of the region.
