The agenda for the next plenary session of the Milli Majlis (National Assembly) has been announced.
The Operative Information Center-OMM reports that 13 items have been included on the agenda for the session, which will be held on October 13.
1. A draft law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on approving the “Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the secretariat of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement on Climate Week-4 and the 30th meeting of the Adaptation Committee.”
2. A draft law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on approving the “Treaty on Allied Relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kyrgyz Republic.”
3. A draft law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on approving the “Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on International Road Transport.”
4. A draft law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on approving the “Second Additional Agreement on Amendments to the Agreement of October 11, 2022, between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on the Establishment of the Azerbaijan-Kyrgyz Development Fund.”
5. A draft law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on approving the “Host Country Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Non-Aligned Movement Youth Organization on the Secretariat of the Non-Aligned Movement Youth Organization.”

A draft law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the Civil Code and Customs Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the laws “On Service and Civilian Weapons,” “On Police,” “On Operational-Search Activity,” “On the List of Items That May Belong to Certain Participants in Civil Circulation and Whose Circulation Is Permitted Only Under Special Authorization (Items with Restricted Civil Circulation),” “On Hunting,” “On Export Control” and “On Telecommunications.”
