During the period of January-July of this year, the retail trade network in Azerbaijan recorded sales totaling 38 billion 358.5 million manats, reflecting steady growth in the domestic consumer market.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, which cited data from the State Statistics Committee, this figure represents a 3.8 percent increase compared to the same period in the previous year.
The growth in retail trade turnover is widely regarded as a key indicator of the country's economic vitality and rising household purchasing power.
