Ceyhun Bayramov: Azərbaycan, İordaniya və Türkiyənin ortaq layihə potensialı var

Azerbaijan possesses significant potential to implement joint projects in collaboration with Jordan and Turkey, according to Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.

As reported by the Operative Information Center-OMM, the minister made these remarks during a briefing held in Baku alongside Ayman Safadi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of Jordan.

Minister Bayramov emphasized that Azerbaijan maintains strong strategic ties with Central Asian nations, which serves as a foundation for broader regional cooperation. "We are witnessing the growing importance of the Middle Corridor in recent years. Through Azerbaijan's direct participation, the transportation of energy resources from the Caspian basin to global markets is being secured. Furthermore, within the context of the new regional environment, countries in the Middle East and the Mediterranean are also actively developing new transit routes," the minister stated.

The Middle Corridor, officially known as the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR), has become a critical logistics artery connecting China and Central Asia to Europe via the South Caucasus. Azerbaijan plays a pivotal role in this network, investing heavily in infrastructure such as the Baku International Sea Trade Port and the expansion of railway capacities to facilitate efficient trade and energy transit between East and West.
