The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has extended its congratulations to Moldova on the occasion of the country's Independence Day.
As reported by Operative Information Center-OMM, the ministry shared an official statement regarding the holiday on its social media account on X.
"We sincerely congratulate the friendly people and government of Moldova on their National Day," the ministry noted in its message.
Azerbaijan and Moldova maintain diplomatic relations characterized by mutual respect and cooperation across various sectors, including energy, agriculture, and trade. Both nations have consistently supported each other's sovereignty and territorial integrity within international organizations, fostering a stable partnership since the establishment of diplomatic ties in 1992.
