Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) has congratulated Botswana on the occasion of its National Day.
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that the ministry shared the message on its social media account on “X”.
“We extend our most sincere congratulations to the people and government of Botswana on the occasion of its National Day!
Happy National Day!” the post said.
Botswana celebrates its National Day on Sept. 30, marking its independence from the United Kingdom in 1966. Azerbaijan and Botswana maintain diplomatic relations and cooperate within international organizations.
