The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the Model Regulation on Vehicle Parking Facilities and Garages, approved by a decision dated April 6, 1999.
The Operative Information Center-OMM reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a new decision on the matter.
Under the decision, the Ministry of Internal Affairs will approve fees for bringing vehicles to and storing them at guarded parking facilities under its jurisdiction, taking into account the opinions of the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Finance.
The amended regulation concerns the operation of guarded parking facilities and garages in Azerbaijan, including the procedures and fees applicable to vehicles kept at facilities under government oversight.
