The teacher recruitment (MIQ) exams in Azerbaijan are scheduled to take place from July 1 to July 8.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, Eshgi Baghirov, Director of the State Agency for Preschool and General Education, announced the schedule during a briefing. Baghirov noted that the examination fee will be waived for individuals belonging to socially vulnerable categories and certain other groups of participants.
The teacher recruitment process in Azerbaijan is a centralized competition designed to ensure transparency and meritocracy within the national education system. Annually, thousands of candidates participate in these examinations to secure teaching positions in state-run secondary schools across the country. The Ministry of Science and Education continues to refine the MIQ process to enhance the quality of teaching staff and address the demand for qualified educators in various regions, including the ongoing educational development projects in the liberated territories.
