Last year, Azerbaijan allocated 5 billion 919.1 million manat for the implementation of the "2022–2026 Socio-Economic Development Strategy."

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, this information was disclosed in the draft law "On the execution of the 2025 state budget."

The document is currently under review at a meeting of the Milli Majlis (National Assembly) Committee on Economic Policy, Industry, and Entrepreneurship. According to the draft law, the funds were distributed as follows: 4 billion 454.9 million manat (75.3%) was directed toward the reconstruction and restoration of the liberated territories; 594.4 million manat (10%) was allocated for state capital investments; 450.6 million manat (7.6%) supported the budgets of various organizations financed by the state; and 419.2 million manat (7.1%) was used to finance specific projects under the strategy.

The "2022–2026 Socio-Economic Development Strategy" serves as a cornerstone of Azerbaijan's national development policy, aiming to modernize the country's economic infrastructure, diversify non-oil sectors, and ensure the sustainable reintegration of the Garabagh and East Zangezur economic regions. These substantial investments underscore the government's commitment to restoring critical infrastructure and improving living standards in the liberated territories, which remains a top national priority.
