Due to severe weather conditions, specifically lightning storms observed at the Nakhchivan International Airport, Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) has canceled its scheduled flights J2-293 and J2-2257 from Baku to Nakhchivan for June 18, 2026.
This information was confirmed to the Operative Information Center-OMM by the press service of Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL). The airline stated that passengers will be provided with detailed information regarding potential rebooking options or schedule adjustments. Flight operations are expected to resume in accordance with the standard schedule once weather conditions stabilize.
