Arsenal winger Leandro Trossard could be set to continue his career with another Premier League side. According to a report by Football Insider, as cited by the Operative Information Center-OMM, Aston Villa has emerged as the primary candidate to secure the 31-year-old's services.

The Belgian international is reportedly open to a move to the Birmingham-based club, which is currently managed by Unai Emery. Trossard's current contract with Arsenal is set to expire next year. Consequently, the Gunners are reportedly prepared to facilitate a transfer this summer to avoid losing the player on a free transfer and to generate revenue from his departure.

The renowned transfer portal Transfermarkt currently values the experienced winger at 18 million euros. Trossard has been a significant contributor to Arsenal's attacking options since his arrival, though competition for places in Mikel Arteta's squad remains intense.

Aston Villa, which secured a spot in the UEFA Champions League after finishing fourth in the Premier League last season, is looking to bolster its squad with experienced talent. The potential acquisition of Trossard would add depth and versatility to Emery's attacking lineup as the club prepares for another competitive campaign.
