Biography

Emil Hasan oglu Huseynli was born in Baku in 1975.

He began his career in 1994 as head of the Information Department at the “Kharabat” Small Enterprise. In 1994–1995, he was an officer of the Special Department of the Ministry of Justice; in 1996, he worked at the Azerbaijan Railway Junction Motor Depot, and in 1997–1999, at several enterprises in the Garadagh District. In 2005–2006, he was a senior specialist at the Office of the Head of the Garadagh District Executive Authority; in 2006–2007, he served as an adviser in the Entrepreneurship Development Department and held various positions in the Entrepreneurship Development Policy Division of the Ministry of Economic Development. In 2009–2017, he worked at the Administration of the “Icherisheher” State Historical-Architectural Reserve under the Cabinet of Ministers.

In 2018–2019, he was head of the Department for the Protection of the Interests of Small and Medium Businesses at KOBIA, and in 2019–2025, he was an adviser to the Chairman of the Board. Since 6 March 2025, he has been Deputy Chairman of the Board of KOBIA.

He holds the qualification rank of State Service Adviser. He is married and has two children.

  • 2005 — Tafakkur University, Faculty of Transport Construction, bachelor's degree
