Weather to change in Azerbaijan, rain expected in some areas

Weather in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula is expected to be variably cloudy on September 20 and mostly rainless.

"Operative Information Center-OMM" reports that the National Hydrometeorological Service issued the forecast.

The service said moderate northwest winds would blow tomorrow. Temperatures will be 20-23°C at night and 25-29°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will stand at 763 millimeters of mercury. Relative humidity will be 70-75% at night and 50-55% during the day.

Weather in Azerbaijan's regions is expected to remain mostly rainless, although occasional rain is forecast in some mountainous and foothill areas. Short-term heavy showers, thunderstorms and hail are possible in some places. Fog is expected in the mountains overnight and in the morning. Easterly winds will blow.

Temperatures will be 17-22°C at night and 28-32°C during the day. In the mountains, temperatures will reach 10-15°C at night and 17-20°C during the day.
