Real Madrid and Italian club Como are set to hold crucial talks this week regarding the future of Argentine midfielder Nico Paz.
According to Operative Information Center-OMM, citing foreign media, representatives from both clubs are scheduled to meet this Thursday to finalize the player's transfer status.
Real Madrid has reportedly communicated its position to Como, expressing a clear intention to exercise a buy-back clause for the 21-year-old talent. The Spanish giants aim to reacquire the midfielder with the strategic objective of potentially selling him at a higher market valuation in the future. Initial projections suggest that Real Madrid could demand a compensation fee in the region of 60 million euros for the player.
During the upcoming meeting, Como management is expected to make a final effort to retain the Argentine prospect for at least one additional season. Nico Paz has demonstrated significant development, recording 13 goals and 8 assists in 40 appearances across all competitions last season, establishing himself as a key figure in the Italian side's tactical setup.
