Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has altered its transfer strategy regarding Bayern Munich winger Michael Olise.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the Parisian club has decided to withdraw from the race to sign the 22-year-old player. Currently, Real Madrid is considered the primary favorite to secure the winger's signature.

Reports from L'Equipe indicate that PSG management is unwilling to meet the high financial demands associated with the transfer. The club is reportedly shifting its transfer policy toward acquiring players of a similar caliber at more competitive price points.

According to Transfermarkt, Olise's market value is estimated at approximately 150 million euros. In response to this shift, PSG has identified alternatives, including Maghnes Akliouche from AS Monaco and Yan Diomande from RB Leipzig. Akliouche is valued at approximately 50 million euros, while Diomande's valuation stands at around 90 million euros.

The decision reflects a broader trend among top European clubs to balance high-profile squad investments with sustainable financial planning, as teams increasingly prioritize long-term fiscal health alongside competitive performance in domestic and international leagues.
