President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Türkiye on April 16 for a working visit at the invitation of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to participate in the 5th Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva were welcomed at the Antalya International Airport by the Governor of Antalya, Hulusi Sahin, and other high-ranking official representatives.
The Antalya Diplomacy Forum is a high-level gathering of political leaders, diplomats, and academics aimed at addressing global and regional challenges through dialogue. Azerbaijan's participation in the forum underscores the strategic partnership between Baku and Ankara, as well as Azerbaijan's active role in regional diplomacy and international cooperation. The forum serves as a significant platform for discussing security, economic development, and peace initiatives in the South Caucasus and beyond.
