President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the appointment of judges to several courts of first instance across the country.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the appointments were made in accordance with Articles 94 and 96 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Courts and Judges." The decree aims to strengthen the judicial personnel and ensure the effective administration of justice in various jurisdictions within Azerbaijan.
The following candidates have been appointed as judges to the respective courts of first instance:
