President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order granting the rank of lieutenant general to Allahveran Ismayilov, deputy chief of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Security.
Allahveran Ibish oglu Ismayilov has been granted the senior military rank of lieutenant general.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that President Ilham Aliyev signed an order to this effect.
Under the order, Major General Allahveran Ibish oglu Ismayilov, deputy chief of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Security, was granted the senior military rank of lieutenant general.
