Public services in Azerbaijan must be implemented through the "mygov" platform, operating from a single unified center, President Ilham Aliyev stated.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the head of state made these remarks during a meeting dedicated to the unified action plan titled "Azerbaijan's New Digital Architecture."
President Ilham Aliyev emphasized that both government agencies and citizens must be aware of this transition. He noted that the integration will provide significant advantages for the public, ensuring that all necessary services are accessible from a single digital address, thereby increasing efficiency and transparency in governance.
The "mygov" platform is a key component of Azerbaijan's broader digital transformation strategy, designed to minimize bureaucratic hurdles and modernize the interaction between the state and its citizens. By consolidating various electronic services into one portal, Azerbaijan aims to further enhance its e-government capabilities, following the successful model of the ASAN Service centers, which have gained international recognition for excellence in public service delivery.
