Electricity supply will be temporarily restricted in some areas of Baku’s Nizami district.
“Operativ Information Center-OMM” reports that Azerishig OJSC announced the measure.
The company said relay protection and automation systems would be inspected today in the service area of the Nizami District Energy Supply and Sales Department to improve electricity quality and meet growing demand.
Because of the maintenance and inspection work, electricity supply will be restricted from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Bahruz Nuriyev, Jamshid Nakhchivanski and Ismayil Mammadov streets, as well as on parts of Babek and Gara Garayev avenues.
Once the work is completed, subscribers in the affected areas will receive a more reliable and higher-quality electricity supply.
