The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Moldova has extended its congratulations to Azerbaijan on the occasion of Independence Day, expressing a strong interest in further deepening cooperation between the two nations across various sectors.
As reported by the Operative Information Center-OMM, the Moldovan Foreign Ministry shared this message on the "X" social media platform.
"We sincerely congratulate Azerbaijan on its Independence Day! Moldova highly values the friendly relations and constructive dialogue between our countries, and we look forward to further deepening our cooperation in the political, economic, energy, and humanitarian spheres," the statement read.
Azerbaijan and Moldova maintain diplomatic relations characterized by mutual respect and active engagement in international forums. Both nations have historically sought to strengthen ties, particularly in the energy sector, where Azerbaijan plays a crucial role in regional security, and through various humanitarian and economic initiatives that continue to foster bilateral development.
