Inter Miami forward Lionel Messi has become the owner of Eldense, a club competing in Spain’s Segunda División.
Messi, who represents Argentina internationally, has acquired ownership of the club. Eldense plays in the second tier of Spanish football.
The Segunda División is the level below Spain’s top-flight LaLiga and is part of the country’s professional football league system.
