Latvia and Cyprus draw in Nations League

Latvia and Cyprus faced each other in the second round of the Nations League group stage.

The match, played on Sept. 28, ended in a goalless draw, 0-0. Neither side managed to convert its scoring opportunities.

Following the result, Cyprus have one point from two matches and sit third in the group. Latvia also have one point but are fourth because of their goal difference.

The UEFA Nations League is an international competition for European national teams, with group-stage results determining promotion, relegation and qualification pathways within the tournament.
