Laos President Thongloun Sisoulith paid tribute at the grave of national leader Heydar Aliyev in Baku.
Laos President Thongloun Sisoulith, who is on an official visit to Azerbaijan, visited the Alley of Honor on Oct. 13.
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that the Laos president laid a wreath at the grave of Heydar Aliyev, the national leader of the Azerbaijani people and founder of the modern independent state, and paid tribute to his memory.
Thongloun Sisoulith also visited the grave of prominent ophthalmologist and academician Zarifa Aliyeva, where he laid fresh flowers.
