Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev arrived in Germany on Monday for talks aimed at strengthening the strategic partnership between Astana and Berlin, the presidential press service “Akorda” reported.
Tokayev is expected to hold meetings in Berlin with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Chancellor Friedrich Merz.
Meetings with business and academic leaders
The Kazakh president is also scheduled to meet executives from leading German companies and financial institutions, as well as university rectors and heads of research institutes.
Technology and business forums
During the visit, Tokayev will travel to Munich to attend a technology business forum. He is also due to participate in a business forum in Berlin.
