Pakistan and Türkiye have expressed hope for a swift mutual understanding among all parties involved in Middle East tensions, aiming to establish lasting and sustainable peace in the region.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, which cites the Pakistani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this issue was discussed during a telephone conversation between Pakistani Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar and his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan.

The ministry's statement noted that the two officials exchanged views on the current regional situation, emphasizing the critical importance of dialogue and restraint to prevent further escalation.

"The foreign ministers agreed to maintain close coordination on regional and international issues of mutual interest, as well as to continue high-level contacts to further strengthen the multifaceted Pakistan-Türkiye partnership," the statement added.

This diplomatic engagement highlights the deepening strategic cooperation between Ankara and Islamabad. Both nations have historically maintained strong bilateral ties, often aligning their foreign policy stances on major regional and global issues, including humanitarian crises and security challenges in the Islamic world.
