Garabagh FC will play its home matches in the Misli Premier League at the Tofiq Bahramov Republic Stadium starting from February 1.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the Professional Football League (PFL) issued an official statement regarding the venue change. The club submitted a request to the PFL, citing the unsatisfactory condition of the grass surface at the Azersun Arena, which currently hosts home games for both Garabagh and Turan Tovuz. To prevent further deterioration of the pitch, the PFL approved the move, starting with the match against Turan Tovuz on February 1. The dates and kickoff times for the scheduled matches will remain unchanged.
The Tofiq Bahramov Republic Stadium, located in Baku, is one of Azerbaijan's most iconic sporting venues and has historically served as a primary site for the national team and major European fixtures. The Aghdam-based club previously utilized this stadium for its home matches during the league phase of the UEFA Champions League. This transition ensures that the team can compete on a high-quality surface as they continue their campaign in the national championship in Azerbaijan.
