The Baku State Chamber Orchestra, operating under the M. Magomayev Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic, held a concert at the Khankendi Culture Center to mark June 15 – National Salvation Day.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the event was organized as part of a large-scale cultural tour program initiated by the Ministry of Culture to bring leading artistic ensembles to the regions. The concert program featured a diverse repertoire of classical Azerbaijani and international compositions, conducted by Honored Artist Fuad Ibrahimov, and was attended by local residents, as well as faculty and students from Garabagh University.

The concert holds symbolic significance, highlighting the restoration of cultural life in the liberated territories. The Khankendi Culture Center was officially inaugurated by President Ilham Aliyev on May 28 following extensive reconstruction. This initiative aligns with the "Azerbaijan Culture – 2040" concept, which prioritizes increasing cultural accessibility across the country and fostering a unified national cultural ecosystem.
