FIFA President Gianni Infantino, who is visiting Baku, inspected football pitches under construction in Hovsan.
"Operative Information Center-OMM" reported that Infantino viewed 10 pitches prepared for use within a short period.
The guest expressed satisfaction with the progress of organizational work and will conclude his visit after holding several more meetings.
Infantino’s visit aims to review preparations for the FIFA U-15 World Cup, which will be held in Baku in the final week of October. Youth tournaments such as this provide young players with international competition experience and support the development of football infrastructure in host cities.
