Dozens of artisanal miners were killed or injured in an airstrike in the Triangle area on the Sudan-Egypt border, the Sudan Doctors Network said Sunday, citing preliminary reports.
In a statement posted on “X”, the medical group said it was deeply concerned by reports of casualties among mining workers following an aerial bombardment targeting the area.
