Temperatures in Baku are expected to reach 13°C on March 15, according to the latest weather forecast.
The National Hydrometeorological Service told Operative Information Center-OMM that weather conditions in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula will be changeably cloudy and occasionally gloomy, but primarily rainless. However, there is a possibility of drizzle in some areas during the day, accompanied by a southeast wind.
The air temperature in the capital will range from 3-6°C at night and 8-13°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will drop from 767 mm Hg to 761 mm Hg, while relative humidity is expected to be 65-70% at night. In the regions of Azerbaijan, intermittent precipitation is expected, with snow forecast for mountainous areas. There is a possibility of lightning and hail in specific highland territories, along with occasional fog and a strengthening east wind.
The National Hydrometeorological Service, a department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, regularly monitors atmospheric conditions across Azerbaijan to provide early warnings for agricultural and public safety.
