President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree regarding the operations of the Seaside Boulevard Administration and the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the decree mandates that the Seaside Boulevard Administration, currently operating as a public legal entity, will be reorganized into the Seaside Boulevard Closed Joint-Stock Company.
The Seaside Boulevard, often referred to as the Baku Boulevard, is a prominent promenade established in 1909. It serves as a major recreational area and a symbol of the capital, stretching along the Caspian Sea coastline. This structural transition is expected to enhance the management efficiency and commercial operational capacity of the landmark, aligning its administrative framework with modern corporate governance standards in Azerbaijan.
