The Baku Declaration has been adopted following the 7th Summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA).

The draft declaration was presented to summit participants for discussion, the Operative Information Center-OMM reported.

After no objections were raised to the document’s adoption, the Baku Declaration was declared adopted.

CICA is a regional forum that brings together Asian countries to promote cooperation and confidence-building measures. Its summit meetings provide a platform for participating states to discuss shared regional issues and endorse joint documents.
