The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the “Rules for granting pasture, grazing and hayfield land for use and lease, as well as for its use,” approved by a decision dated March 15, 2000.
The Operative Information Center-OMM reported that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decision on the matter.
Under the decision, changes to the designated use of summer and winter pastures, grazing land and hayfields in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic will be made by a decision of the local Cabinet of Ministers, in accordance with the “Rules for assigning land to categories and transferring it from one category to another,” approved by Presidential Decree No. 201 dated September 28, 2024.
Land-use categories govern how land may be used and the administrative process for changing that use. The updated rules establish the procedure applicable to these pastures and fields in Nakhchivan.
