Narmina Elsevar gizi Mustafayeva has been recalled from her positions as the Consul General of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Istanbul, Turkey, and as the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, this decision was formalized following a decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev.

The recall of diplomatic representatives is a standard procedure within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, often occurring as part of routine rotations or the completion of diplomatic terms.
