Azerbaijan approves revised rules for paid water use

The “Rules for Paid Use of Water in the Republic of Azerbaijan” have been approved in a new edition.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a decision on the matter. The decision sets out the revised rules governing paid water use in Azerbaijan.

The Cabinet of Ministers is the executive body responsible for implementing state policy and coordinating the work of central executive authorities in Azerbaijan. Its decisions provide a legal framework for the administration of matters within its remit.
