According to the briefing, the legal framework is being improved to prevent the recruitment of drug-dependent persons for specific professions and positions where such activities are legally restricted. The changes will empower employers to require medical examinations and provide a legal basis for the termination of employment contracts if drug addiction is confirmed in roles where it is prohibited.
