Armenia will submit its comments on the draft agreement regarding the "Trump Route" (TRIPP) to the United States in the coming days, according to official statements from Yerevan.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports, citing Armenian media, that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made these remarks during a government hour in the parliament. He noted that a technical and economic feasibility study of the project is currently being conducted to finalize the details of the proposal.
According to the Prime Minister, the draft agreement will be based on a framework document already approved by the governments of both countries. The TRIPP initiative is part of a broader regional infrastructure and economic strategy involving cooperation with the administration of US President Donald Trump. This development follows ongoing discussions regarding regional connectivity and economic stabilization in the South Caucasus, where Azerbaijan remains a key stakeholder in regional transport corridors and energy security.
