Armenia’s previous government and its presidents, whom Azerbaijan holds responsible for harming the country, have yet to receive appropriate punishment.
President Ilham Aliyev made the statement at the 7th Summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), held in Baku, according to the Operative Information Center-OMM.
Aliyev said no international organization had supported Azerbaijan during the occupation of its territory, while Armenia had received assistance.
The CICA is a forum for dialogue and cooperation aimed at strengthening peace, security and confidence among countries across Asia. Azerbaijan has hosted the summit in Baku.
