Twenty-one people suspected of links to the ISIS terrorist group were detained in counterterrorism operations in Ankara and Istanbul, Türkiye.
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that TRT Haber published the information.
Authorities said an operation was conducted in Ankara against 16 people suspected of financing ISIS. Fourteen of them were detained.
According to the report, seven more people suspected of financing the terrorist group were detained in an operation in Istanbul and Mersin.
