A “Delta Air Lines” flight from New York was searched after landing Tuesday at Ben Gurion Airport near Tel Aviv, following an anonymous bomb threat, according to Israeli media.
Passengers were taken off the aircraft as security personnel searched it at Israel’s main international airport, the newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported.
The paper said the credibility of the warning had not been established and security checks were continuing. Authorities had not immediately said whether a suspicious object was found or provided further details about the source of the threat.
