Three Palestinians, including a woman, were injured in Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip on Monday, medical sources said, amid reported violations of a ceasefire that took effect on Oct. 10, 2025. Anadolu Agency reported the incidents.
Two people were wounded in an Israeli drone strike targeting pedestrians north of the Hamad area, northwest of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, the medical sources said. A woman was injured by Israeli gunfire in the Al-Shamaa area of the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
The Israeli army also shelled Bani Suheila, east of Khan Younis, while an Israeli helicopter opened fire nearby, according to the sources.
In central Gaza, Israeli military vehicles opened heavy fire toward homes southeast of Deir al-Balah and east of the Bureij refugee camp, local sources said.
In northern Gaza, the Israeli army carried out extensive demolitions of evacuated homes and buildings east of the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, northeast of Gaza City. Witnesses said at least two large explosions were heard early Monday; no injuries were reported.
Israeli warships also opened fire and shelled the Gaza City coastline, witnesses said.
Since the ceasefire took effect, Israeli forces have killed 1,454 Palestinians and injured 5,090 others, according to Gaza’s Health Ministry.
Palestinian figures say Israel’s war in Gaza, which began in October 2023, has killed more than 74,000 people and injured over 175,000. The figures also say about 90% of the enclave’s infrastructure has been destroyed.
