The meeting brought together the leaders of Azerbaijan and Qatar, two countries that maintain diplomatic relations and cooperate across a range of areas.
Qatar is a Gulf state whose capital is Doha. Azerbaijan and Qatar have developed bilateral ties since establishing diplomatic relations in 1994.
