What changes will the new document approved by President Ilham Aliyev make to economic cooperation and trade ties between the two countries?
A protocol between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine amending the Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Government Communications has been approved.
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that President Ilham Aliyev signed the relevant law.
The agreement was signed in Kyiv on December 16, 2025, and in Baku on April 23, 2026.
